RCCD, Inc. has over 35 years of experience in land development, large-scale real estate and homebuilding with a current focus on land entitlement. Recently, RCCD completed over $350 million in equity transactions with $50 million in pending transactions. RCCD has also been providing ongoing Executive Management Services in support of the New Model Colony consortium of builders and developers.
The NMC is an exclusive group of builders and developers who are collectively developing 4,000 acres in The City of Ontario. It will have over 30,000 residents along with schools, shopping centers, a college, office park and industrial areas. Additionally, the NMC constructed the award-winning Mill Creek Regional Wetlands facility, tens of miles of Storm Drains, Sewer Lines and Regional Streets, a Bridge, Fire Station and a new Elementary School as part of an 8 school mitigation agreement.
In addition to developments in the Ontario area, the company works in The City of Chino and other locations in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties . The company most recently has authored, co-authored or amended 5 specific plans in the City of Ontario and City of Chino that total over 2,200 acres. Currently in process are 2 additional Specific Plans for 125 acres and a pipeline of 4 other projects.
Over the years, RCCD has formed strong bonds working shoulder-to-shoulder with key personnel and departments at the Cities and Government Agencies it works with: City Managers; Community Development Directors, Planning, Engineering and Building departments; Finance and Utilities. Working supportively and cooperatively with diverse groups has proven to be RCCD’s strength to achieve results.
